燃烬风系统

燃烬风系统进一步深度分级燃烧以抑制氮氧化物的形成,它能在低氮燃烧器脱氮率 35%-50% 的基础上,去除更多的氮氧化物。墙式旋流、切圆燃烧、涡轮或旋风炉燃用各种燃料均能更好地减少氮氧化物的形成。独特的喷嘴设计强化混合,并有效限制了对燃烧效率的不良影响。

OFA如何降低 NOx 的排放

燃烧所需要的空气从燃烧器中偏离出来并在下炉膛形成燃料浓度高的区域,抑制了燃煤和燃油锅炉中燃料氮(N)转换成一氧化氮(NO)。对燃用天然气的锅炉,降低锅炉内火焰的最高温度以限制热力氮的形成。OFA 的高动量气流在炉膛上部贯穿炉内火焰,并在烟气进入锅炉对流受热面之前完成燃烧。

组件

燃烬风端口做成耐火的“L”型, 通过一根 310 不锈钢风道提供燃烧所需要的空气,自动风门挡板控制装置自动随负载范围的变化而调整。
